General photo delivery is one day after the completed onsite photoshoot.

Appointment cancelations must be made within 24 hours. Same day cancelations will result in a $50 charge that is non-refundable. This includes same day rescheduling because the property is not ready to shoot.

Drone operators are FAA Part 107 certified. All drone flights are subject to weather and FAA Regulations. Safety is our top priority. Service is not guaranteed. Drone operator has the final say. We will (of course) not charge for drone services if unable to fly due to weather, location or other factors. Please give 24 hrs. notice for drone-only shots to avoid a trip charge.

Airplane aerial photography will be scheduled separately, typically on the soonest available best weather day. We will schedule and update you on date options.

A trip charge may apply if we need to return to complete a photoshoot. Please make sure we have permission to be onsite, and access to all areas included. Please also provide property manager contact information as well if they are meeting us onsite so we can confirm with them.

Please remember to add any distance charges for locations greater than 60 miles from Reno.

We charge $150 minimum for onsite photo/video, please contact us if you have special requests.

Aerial Imaging retains all image media copyrights. You will receive a limited copyright license for use of the photos while you are representing the the listing.
